Next to the "back 40", this area is the largest definable outdoor space.

There are woods, a small springhouse, a large lawn, small water feature, rock garden, brick patio with bench seating and a path from the East parking area to the barn via a foot bridge.

The East parking area is split into 2 sections and can accommodate up to 8-9 cars.

The path, patio and bridge are illuminated.

The lawn overlooks the stream at its southern end.
