There are fern-filled woods, a small springhouse, a large lawn, water feature, rock garden, brick patio with seating and a path from the large east parking area, past the house, then over a bridge to the barn and shop.

The east parking area can accommodate up to 8-9 cars.

The lawn overlooks the stream at its southern end.
