Nestled among trees and stream, is a very special Gladwyne property for sale... a place some call Eden.  
It was a modest 19th century mill worker's home and horse barn. The grounds were just lawn and woods and the stream ran underground.

In the ensuing years, Nancy and I have added countless trees, shrubs and flowers, exposed, widened and deepened the stream, added bridges and decks, converted the horse barn to a two story office, modernized and greatly expanded the size of the home. Yet, the          house retains its cottage feel. This has been the center of our companionship with family, friends and neighbors for many years.            
But, it's nearing time to go.
