An Access Pennsylvania emblem affixed to this card entitles you to full borrowing privileges at participating libraries throughout the state. Dial access to Pendragon, the library system's on-line catalog is 645-0833. Use a standard terminal program, such as Windows "Hyperterminal", with it's default communications settings. When you establish contact, hit your Enter Key twice to get a prompt. At this point, type "hello,public.library" (no quotes). Directions will be provided.
